Biography
Yideg Sale is a Partner at Million Alemu and Partners Legal Services LLP and a graduate of Addis Ababa University School of Law, where he earned his degree with Great Distinction. He specializes in legal research, analysis, and advisory services across a broad spectrum of areas, including employment law, contract law, capital markets, dissolution, mergers and acquisitions, tax law, corporate governance, and partnership and shareholder disputes. Yideg’s expertise also encompasses legal compliance, foreign currency regulations, and the regulatory framework governing both local and international NGOs in Ethiopia. He is fully licensed and authorized to practice before all levels of Ethiopia’s federal judiciary, including the Federal First Instance Court, the Federal High Court, and the Federal Supreme Court.
